Redesigning Payo's

signup experience

The Goal

Analyse the signup experience of Payo and redesign it to be more user-friendly

My Redesign

The redesign is shown in a wireframe format. I have avoided using color and brand as I wanted to play to my strengths and make the flow better.

In the redesign I have reduced the no of steps, changed the copy and added progress bars to make users sign up more quickly and efficiently.

Redesigned the first screen so as to show a clear difference between "login" and  "sign in".

Clubbing email and password together will make it more relateable as people usually use them together.

The phone and the verification clubbed together makes sense as the user expects to recieve and upload a code instantly.

The last screen users found it difficult to press the privacy agreement. I redid it making it as a text link that is easy to access.
